Dynamic Spinal Stabilization

No doubt, there is a huge hype for this; you have read and done quite a few core stabilization exercises and programs. 

Rather than isolating and training muscles individually, we approach core stabilization differently; in the way, it is natural to your body, and to your brain. We believe stabilization is a habit formation build to last long. 

Muscles can be broadly categorized into mobilizers the ones which bring about the movement in joints and Stabilizers than ones holding the joint together while it is performing a function. Most programs emphasize isolating and strengthening the superficial large muscles, which are often mobilizers. Some programs include deep stabilizers without context to functional movement. 

Our approach emphasizes training coordination of deep segmental stabilizers to achieve optimal neuromuscular control for functional movements. We strengthen muscles in the functional movement pattern which is natural to our body and brain.

We gauge your ability, establish and foundational basis and tailor the program to your individual needs. We seek to establish a foundation for core stabilization as a habit, which leads to dynamic stability which is fluid and build to last.
